Job Summary
Recruit, train, and manage volunteer leaders for campus and community outreach efforts, including door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and text banking. Coordinate community events like town halls and rallies while tracking supporter metrics to drive voter engagement. Activate social media supporters and execute email campaigns to amplify messages, reporting daily numbers and weekly progress. Maintain detailed tracking for retention and strategic adjustments. This part-time role in San Pedro supports a California State Assembly campaign, requiring evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications

- Clear and effective communication abilities, both written and spoken
- Comfort using campaign tools like VAN, Hustle, Impactiv, and Mailchimp
- Demonstrated leadership experience
