Job Summary
Campaign Organizers will recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers across Iowa counties to build grassroots campaigns around corporate accountability, health care, and climate actions. Responsibilities include canvassing and petitions, volunteer recruitment and trainings, organizing high-visibility events, voter registration drives, and coordinating with community leaders and partner organizations. They will oversee data management, track interactions, and generate campaign actions via in-person and digital channels, while ensuring compliance with relevant election laws. The role emphasizes relationship-building, inclusive leadership, and proactive communication to mobilize volunteers and sustain engagement throughout the campaign cycle.
Required Qualifications
