Job Summary
Oversee brand campaigns end-to-end at scale on an AI-powered platform: kick-off, delivery, and wrap with a focus on meeting goals and maintaining quality; translate signed brand deals into actionable platform inputs; partner with AI, product, engineering, creator operations, and business teams to refine campaigns; build and scale operational standards and playbooks; analyze portfolio patterns to identify scaling opportunities and bottlenecks; communicate briefs clearly to brands and creators; leverage data and dashboards (Notion, Sheets, Looker/BI tools) to monitor performance and inform improvements. The role requires 4-6+ years in campaign management or related fields, strong understanding of brand personality and fit with creators, and excellent cross-functional collaboration in a remote, platform-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years in campaign management, creator/influencer marketing, account management, brand management, or media operations — at a brand, agency, or platform
- Deep understanding of brand personality
- Strong intuition for brand–creator fit
- Solid grounding in campaign + marketing strategy — paid media, organic content, influencer/creator marketing, performance funnels
- Genuine fluency in the creator economy — knowledge of platforms and trends across regions including MENA and globally
- Strong written communication
- Native or fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred
