Job Summary
Campaign Marketing Manager responsible for setting creative campaign strategies and go-to-market campaigns for Autodesk’s Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations portfolio in the global education market. Lead development and production of master campaign deliverables, theme/identity concepts, and playbooks; oversee internal communications; collaborate with cross-functional teams (audience marketing, field marketing, digital strategy, field engagement, curriculum and certification) to align strategies and outcomes; leverage AI prompt design and rapid iteration; manage global nurture campaigns focused on the first 60 days post-download; drive ROMI with data-driven insights; deliver assets and guides for global deployment; and partner with external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality execution. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large company
- Proficiency with marketing campaign tools (Draftr, Marketo, Airtable, CMT (Salesforce Campaign Management Tool, Allocadia)
- Knowledge of data analytics software (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Power BI, Fullstory) is a plus
- Demonstrated experience using GenAI/ML to accelerate campaign strategy, creative concepting, content variants, audience insights/segmentation, channel optimization, and experimentation design (A/B, multivariate, incrementality)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
