Job Summary
Campaign Marketing Manager (18 months fixed term) leads end-to-end marketing communications for a large-scale card migration program in a regulated environment. Responsible for designing and delivering multi-channel customer communications across the migration lifecycle, coordinating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and delivery partners, translating complex operational and regulatory requirements into clear customer-facing materials, managing creative development and media planning, and ensuring delivery within milestones and budget. Requires 7+ years of marketing communications experience in financial services/payments or related industries, ability to operate in a matrix organization, strong communication and collaboration skills, and willingness to travel to client sites regularly. Role will be based in Manila (Philippines), Sydney or Brisbane (Australia), or Auckland (New Zealand) with onsite presence ~50% of the time; travel to Papua New Guinea and Fiji is expected for onsite program delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing communications, lifecycle or customer marketing
- Experience delivering communications in complex, regulated environments
- Background in Financial Services, Payments or similar industries preferred
- Education: marketing degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as ability to travel for travel needs
- Ability to travel to client sites on a regular basis
