Job Summary
Campaign Manager responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance-driven media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels. You'll define audiences, media mix, budgets, and KPIs, recommend creative formats, configure tracking codes, monitor daily performance, and report results. Strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, analysis of results to optimize campaigns, and collaboration with clients to articulate how media plans achieve business goals. Required skills include proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixels/SDKs, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic buying, Google Search Console, Excel, and English language capability; experience with A/B testing and BI-style reporting is valued.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience implementing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency environment
- Experience managing paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic
- Experience with performance/e-commerce campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Ability to plan, implement, and optimize media campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic)
- Experience setting up tracking codes and pixels (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel/SDK)
- Proficiency with data tools (GA4, Search Console, GTM, Excel)
- English language proficiency
- Experience in planning, implementation, and optimization of campaigns with objectives such as Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion
- Ability to participate in client meetings and present media strategies and performance results
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- BI reporting support for campaign performance
