Job Summary
Lead influencer and creator marketing projects by developing, executing, and producing annual and seasonal campaigns for brand partners. Manage day-to-day client and team communication, handle influencer identification and outreach, and present influencer lists for client approval. Draft campaign briefs, develop agreements and contracts, and analyze results to inform strategy. Translate client goals into strategic solutions, manage timelines and deadlines, and oversee proposal development for new business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize social media presence and foster open communication with internal partners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of influencer marketing experience
- BA/BS required (Communications, Advertising, Marketing or related field)
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) and presentation formats like Google Slides
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
