Job Summary

Publisher Campaign Manager for Verve’s advertisers and publishers, responsible for managing ad campaigns for top publishers, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns on our self-serve platform to meet delivery and ROI goals, and delivering performance insights. Collaborate with Ad Ops, Engineering, and Product to resolve technical issues and improve workflows; provide scheduled off-hours monitoring; contribute to revenue growth with commission based on gross profit from publisher accounts. Requires 1+ years in digital media/ad operations/programmatic advertising, strong analytical/troubleshooting skills, excellent client-facing communication, and proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick) and Excel/Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus. Hybrid work environment with NYC office, and a 90-minute commuting policy for Greater NY-area employees.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, ad operations, or programmatic advertising (publisher experience a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick)
  • Familiarity with SSPs and/or DSPs is a plus
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus
