Job Summary
Campaign Manager responsible for end-to-end seasonal and always-on campaigns across multiple channels (digital, CRM, social) with a focus on delivering high-quality, on-time executions. Build and maintain campaign plans, timelines and briefs; coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery; own day-to-day campaign activity; continuously optimise performance; support test-and-learn initiatives; drive customer acquisition and retention through CRM and owned channels; monitor performance across audience segments and collaborate with CRM, social, media, PR and partnerships teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand across all touchpoints; track and report campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities. The role requires roughly six years of relevant marketing or campaign management experience, strong project management and stakeholder management skills, a data-driven mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to drive measurable impact through multi-channel campaigns. Location is London with hybrid working expectations, and office presence in London and NL as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing or campaign management roles, with around six years' relevant experience
- Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, CRM and social
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build effective relationships and bring teams together behind shared goals
- Passion for creating customer-focused campaigns that deliver measurable impact
