Job Summary
Campaign Manager at Mistplay responsible for the day-to-day execution, analysis, and optimization of mobile advertising campaigns. Utilize Google Looker and Excel to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities, allocate budgets to maximize ROI, collaborate with the growth team to refine strategies and creative assets, monitor market trends and competitive data for new opportunities, test emerging ad formats and placements, generate regular performance reports with actionable insights, and troubleshoot tracking and delivery issues to maintain campaign health. Requires an analytical mindset, data-driven decision making, and strong English communication for a global, distributed team. Open to recent graduates with a background in Economics, Analytics, Math/Statistics; familiarity with CPM, CPI, CPL models and major platforms (e.g., Meta/TikTok/Snap/X/Reddit, Taboola) is a nice-to-have.
Required Qualifications
- Open to recent graduates from Economics, Analytics, Math/Statistics backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills with extensive hands-on experience in Excel or Google Sheets
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliability and attention to detail in managing budgets and configuration settings
- Experience managing and optimizing digital or mobile advertising campaigns (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of major digital advertising platforms (nice-to-have)
