Campaign Manager, Here We Are

$85,000–$105,000 year

RemoteUnited States

Full Time

Job Summary

Identify blockers, risks, and slippage early, activating project coordination, research, production, creative, and paid media resources to resolve them while holding teams to campaign deadlines. Drive active campaigns from green light through deployment and reporting, managing creator campaigns and overseeing asset rebranding across a hub-and-spokes partner network. Make independent calls on deployment timing, sequencing, and channel adjustments within approved plans, serving as the day-to-day contact for movement partners and explaining strategy using approved materials. Track research studies at the milestone level, flag delays, and coordinate handoffs into campaign development. Own tracking system accuracy, compile portfolio metrics for monthly and quarterly reports, and surface partner needs and status updates for weekly leadership syncs.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, program management, advocacy communications, or integrated marketing, including responsibility for multiple concurrent work streams or a portfolio of projects
  • A systems thinker who finds satisfaction in the infrastructure that lets a mission-driven campaign run smoothly — you take pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Able to drive work through cross-functional teams you don't directly manage, mobilizing creative, research, production, or media resources against deadlines
  • Fluent in paid media, creator/influencer campaigns, and digital content deployment — able to explain strategy and results credibly to external stakeholders, not just execute against them
  • Experience working on transgender equality or LGBTQ+ campaigns, or with state-based LGBTQ+ advocacy organizations, national organizations, or movement coalitions
  • Experienced presenting strategy, plans, or results to clients, partners, or senior stakeholders
  • An independent decision-maker who knows the difference between a call you should make yourself and one you should escalate
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively in a remote, fast-moving environment
  • Committed to the mission of Here We Are
  • Well-written cover letters

Desired Qualifications

  • Agency account or engagement leadership experience, or campaign leadership within an advocacy organization
  • Experience coordinating or managing research projects, message testing, or persuasion measurement workstreams
  • Experience managing cohort, coalition, or multi-stakeholder programs
  • Experience with creator campaign platforms and social/digital analytics tools
