Job Summary
Campaign Manager to execute omnichannel product marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, web, mobile app) that drive member enrollment and engagement. Hands-on, managing end-to-end campaign delivery (setup, content development, segmentation, scheduling, deployment) and building email campaigns with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred). Collaborate with Product/Marketing leadership on strategy, track performance (open rates, CTRs, engagement, conversions), define KPIs, and optimize results. Create member-facing content (emails, flyers, FAQs, product demos, landing pages) and coordinate messaging across channels. Manage external vendor logistics, stay current on email marketing best practices, and contribute to sales enablement and product marketing materials. Remote-friendly work environment; strong emphasis on cross-functional coordination, analytics, and communication.
Required Qualifications
