Job Summary
Build, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across DSPs; monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns stay on track to meet budgets and benchmarks; perform account maintenance and escalate issues to team members and clients; construct campaign infrastructure to track audience responses using tag management, website data, and events; optimize direct-response campaigns to improve advertiser ROI using customized conversion tracking and analytics tools; collaborate within a team of experienced programmatic media buyers; be proactive, self-starting, and able to prioritize independently.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience trafficking and managing campaigns through one or more demand-side platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Economics preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, and Google Ads
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills while working with large data sets
- Capacity to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and start-up atmosphere
- Experience with The Trade Desk or comparable DSPs
- Agency experience
