Job Summary

Campaign Manager, Ad Operations (English & Spanish) will own end-to-end campaign execution for digital advertising campaigns, including setup, launch, trafficking, QA, performance monitoring, and optimization. You will leverage data-driven insights to drive recommendations, build reports/dashboards, and ensure campaigns meet client expectations and industry standards. The role requires coordinating with clients and internal teams across regions, translating performance data into actionable insights, and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. This hybrid role is based in Mexico City (Insurgentes Sur) with onsite presence three days per week, and involves collaboration with teams across Toronto, Mexico, Spain, Colombia, and Argentina. Proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk) and strong analytical, Excel/MS Office skills are essential, along with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to drive improvements in campaign performance and ROI.
