Campaign Management Sr Analyst is responsible for executing and managing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence, and performance optimization. The role collaborates with brand, analytics, CRM, and technology teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences across channels, building audience segments and workflows, conducting QA/UAT, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Technology, or related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Campaign Management / Marketing Operations
- Experience in end-to-end campaign lifecycle
- Exposure to multi-channel marketing
- Skills: CRM tools (Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Marketo, Braze, Eloqua); SQL; HTML/CSS (preferred)
