Job Summary

Global Social Account and Community Executive role providing direct operational support to the Global Social Lead Account Manager. Responsible for community engagement, real-time issue resolution, risk mitigation, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across social channels. Lead day-to-day community management and moderation, support account setup and optimization, and assist with reporting and analytics to inform content and strategy. Requires hands-on experience with publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social) and familiarity with platform metadata tagging, while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and global protocols. Collaborative role focused on protecting brand reputation, maintaining account health, and enabling higher-level planning by senior account managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Any Graduation
  • 5-8 years experience in community management or related fields
  • experience with social media moderation and foundational account management support
  • hands-on experience with scheduling and deployment of content across multiple platforms
  • familiarity with social media management software and platform-native publishing practices
  • experience with content performance monitoring post-launch and tag metadata
  • ability to follow established processes and escalate issues quickly
  • experience coordinating approvals across teams
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work with global teams and deliver reporting and analytics
