Job Summary
Manage operational processes for flight tickets, hotels, car rentals, and other travel products by setting up campaign mechanics like discounts, coupon codes, and cashback offers. Execute specific campaigns such as percentage-off deals and destination-specific discounts in coordination with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Commercial teams. Verify accurate implementation of terms, dates, and usage limits while running pre-launch testing and monitoring active campaigns to resolve operational issues. Track the campaign calendar to ensure timely task completion and support performance tracking by reporting on collected data.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, E-commerce, or related fields
- Attention to detail and enjoyment of working in an organized, structured way
- Ability to follow operational processes and coordinate tasks end-to-end
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to quickly identify problems and generate solutions
- Effective communication across different teams in a collaborative environment
- Ability to prioritize under a fast-paced workload and manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Comfort using Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Genuine interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or campaign management
