Job Summary
Campaign Management, Marketing Strategy Associate responsible for developing, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns to support key retail initiatives. Lead creative marketing efforts, manage internal/external agency briefs, ensure campaigns stay on strategy, on time, and within budget. Collaborate with strategy managers to identify opportunities, define measurement frameworks, and deliver end-to-end customer experiences with flawless execution. Drive optimization, channel best practices, and cross-functional coordination from concept development to delivery across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in marketing with 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of campaign execution and/or project management
- Digital consumer marketing experience in owned, earned and paid channels
- High energy, solutions-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship development and negotiating skills
- Team player with positive attitude and adaptability
- Meticulous attention to detail and curious mindset
- 4-year college degree (preferred)
- 2 years of agency or retail experience (preferred)
