Job Summary
Campaign Lead will partner with the Chief Development Officer, CEO, campaign volunteers, and major donors to drive the largest fundraising effort in NatureBridge’s history. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day execution of the capital campaign across quiet, major gift, and public phases; managing the campaign prospect pipeline; monitoring progress toward goals; developing donor communications and briefing materials; coordinating with volunteer committees; maintaining donor data accuracy; participating in major gift solicitations; and supporting stewardship, events, and recognition efforts. The role requires strong strategic planning, relationship-building with transformational philanthropists, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex, confidential information. This position is fully remote within the United States with occasional travel to national park campuses and major donor hubs; evening/weekend work may be required. Compensation is $105,000-$115,000 annually plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of progressive fundraising or development experience, including capital campaign and major gift fundraising
- Experience in prospect research, cultivation, solicitation planning, and donor stewardship
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience working with boards, volunteers, donors, and consultants
- Experience supporting campaign committees or volunteer leadership groups
- Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor databases, with strong attention to data accuracy
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in the workplace
