Job Summary
Oversee logistics, timelines, and operational elements for designated market peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, including managing expense budgets and researching event venues. Act as on-site manager during fundraising events, supervising volunteers and coordinating with vendors to ensure participant satisfaction. Manage data entry to maintain accurate CRM and fundraising systems, while collaborating with Education Services and Health Research to communicate mission priorities. Lead assigned fundraising teams to achieve revenue goals and provide input into strategic plans for fundraising products. Work some evenings or weekends within a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience
- Able to supervise groups of volunteers
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital, social media & emerging online channels
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- May be required to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events
- Travel within designated area
- Required to work some evenings or weekends
