Job Summary

Oversee logistics, timelines, and operational elements for assigned peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns within a designated market area. Act as on-site manager during campaign events, supervising staff, vendors, and volunteers to ensure participant satisfaction and resolve problems. Manage expense budgets, research event venues, and coordinate with National Shared Services for campaign standards. Lead volunteer teams to achieve revenue goals while managing data entry to ensure CRM and fundraising systems accuracy. Provide input into strategic plans for fundraising products, including revenue, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with Education Services and Health Research departments to communicate mission priorities. Work evenings or weekends as required for event coverage.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Able to supervise groups of volunteers
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital, social media & emerging online channels
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • May be required to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events
  • Travel within designated area
  • Required to work some evenings or weekends
