Job Summary

Oversee logistics, timelines, and operational elements for assigned peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns and designated market areas. Act as on-site manager during events, coordinating staff, vendors, and volunteers while managing expense budgets and recommending venues. Lead assigned fundraising teams to achieve revenue goals, collaborate with local relationship teams, and manage data entry to ensure CRM and fundraising systems accuracy. Provide input into strategic plans for revenue, budget, and timelines. Requires hybrid schedule, some evenings or weekends, and ability to move materials up to 15 pounds.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in a related role
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Use of digital and social media
  • Collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
  • May be required to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events
  • Travel within designated area
  • Required to work some evenings or weekends
