Job Summary

Oversee logistics, timelines, and operational elements for assigned fundraising campaigns, acting as on-site manager during events to coordinate staff, vendors, and volunteers. Manage expense budgets, research venues, and provide input on strategic plans for peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals. Lead assigned peer-to-peer teams, manage data entry for CRM systems, and collaborate with local and national partners to achieve mission targets. Requires travel within the designated area, some evening or weekend work, and a hybrid schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in a related role
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Use of digital and social media
  • Collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
  • May be required to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events
  • Travel within designated area
  • Required to work some evenings or weekends
