Job Summary
Partner with Education, Services, and Health Research departments to communicate mission priorities and organize local donor cultivation events. Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees while driving peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals for designated market areas. Execute annual strategic plans for fundraising products, manage individual accounts of five figures or more, and network with key constituents to secure support. Collaborate with local relationship teams and national partners to develop pipeline and oversee campaign development. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years in a relatable role, and ability to work evenings or weekends. This role supports the national goal of enabling patients with blood cancer to gain over one million years of life by 2040.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years' experience in a directly relatable role
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of multiple sales channels including digital and social media
- Strong collaboration skills with Mission Teams and other organizational partners
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
- Ability to influence and persuade others
- May be required to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events
- Travel within designated area
- Required to work some evenings or weekends
