Job Summary
Build relationships with fundraising volunteers and cultivate high-impact donors to exceed revenue goals for Blood Cancer United's mission within a designated market area. Drive peer-to-peer fundraising among campaign team members and their families while collaborating with local relationship teams and national partners. Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events, develop strategic plans for fundraising products, and actively secure new partners through independent research and prospecting. Manage multiple priorities including evening and weekend availability to accommodate student schedules and family engagement needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience
- Able to supervise groups of volunteers
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital, social media & emerging online channels
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Must be able to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds
- Must be willing to travel within designated area
- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Must be willing to adjust working hours as needed, including mornings or evenings
