Job Summary
Partner with Education, Services, and Health Research departments to communicate mission priorities and organize local donor cultivation events. Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising by recruiting and cultivating volunteers, while identifying key donors to engage their support. Execute the annual strategic plan for fundraising products and provide input on revenue, budget, and timelines to ensure goals are exceeded. Manage individual accounts exceeding five figures and lead volunteer committees through independent research and prospecting. Collaborate with local relationship teams and national partners to develop pipeline strategies for corporate and community accounts. Work some evenings or weekends in a hybrid setting, requiring travel within the designated area and occasional movement of campaign materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years' experience in a directly relatable role
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of multiple sales channels including digital and social media
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
- Ability to influence and persuade others
- May be required to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events
- Travel within designated area
- Required to work some evenings or weekends
