Job Summary
Lead multiple staff teams and build strong relationships with constituents while implementing innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals within a designated market area. Partner with Education Services and Health Research to communicate mission priorities, organize local donor cultivation events, and prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship. Create and execute an annual strategic plan, manage peer-to-peer fundraising teams, and recruit high-level volunteer committees. Teach, train, and consult fundraising and volunteer leaders across the region while retaining sponsorships for all products. Work hybrid with up to 30% local travel, some evening or weekend availability, and a base salary of $86K to $105K.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-8 years of relatable experience
- Demonstrated track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to develop high performing teams
- Comfort with getting into the details as necessary
