Campaign Director

Lead field operations by hiring, training, and supervising hourly canvassing staff while managing daily clock-in/out, attendance tracking, and payroll distribution. Create and distribute voter contact tools including walk turf, phone banks, and text banks, then assign campaign work to ensure compliance with company policy and dress codes. Oversee data entry, quality control, and nightly progress reporting to State Directors, conducting drive-by checks and follow-up calls to validate performance. Maintain office cleanliness, manage resources, and compile nightly reports. Assist with supply purchasing and scout potential office locations.
