Job Summary
Campaign Delivery Manager responsible for hands-on, high-output delivery of highly personalised fan engagement campaigns across email, web, app and digital touchpoints. Shapes fan-first digital experiences through strategic recommendations based on audience insights and performance data, and collaborates with Marketing and Technology teams to improve fan journeys, reporting frameworks and marketing automation. Designs, builds, and deploys complex multi-channel campaigns (email, web pages, push, in-app, social) using Eloqua; develops automated workflows; implements dynamic content and personalised solutions (including Movable Ink); owns campaign reporting and provides actionable insights to drive fan engagement and revenue growth. Champions a test-and-learn culture, defines hypotheses, and shares learnings with stakeholders. Works on digital product development for SailGP’s marketing ecosystem (App, Web, Micro-Sites) and supports content management, UX/UI feedback, and CMS updates. Collaborates across Marketing, Product, Technology and regional teams to improve campaign effectiveness and fan outcomes. Requires strong data literacy, experience in marketing tech/automation, and the ability to prioritise in a high-output environment; hybrid working in London with a minimum three days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in campaign deployment and management, preferably in client or agency side
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology/automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua)
- Experience with headless CMS (e.g., Contentful)
- Ability to translate data into actionable fan engagement insights
- Proven ability to manage high-volume campaigns and complex datasets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Understanding of UX/UI and digital product feedback loops
- Interest in the sports industry and fan-centric marketing
