Campaign & Analysis Manager, Crop Protection (Contract Role)

Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns for the Crop Protection business aligned to strategy, product priorities, and seasonal market needs. Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to conceptualize campaign programs that drive demand, market share, and customer engagement. Create and ensure timely delivery of campaign tools, point-of-sale materials, and market activation collateral. Design training tools, sales aids, and product communications for front-line sales teams and channel partners. Manage Marketing Communication Material (MCM) budgets, monitor usage across regions, and ensure brand consistency. Develop and implement advertising and promotional strategies for assigned geographies or product segments. Establish an annual campaign activity calendar with timelines and review mechanisms; provide quarterly progress updates. Track campaign execution with dashboards and performance reports; conduct post-campaign effectiveness analysis to generate continuous improvement insights. Build market intelligence on competitor campaigns, market trends, farmer behavior, and channel dynamics. Translate market feedback into actionable campaign actions; coordinate with regional sales teams, product managers, agronomy/technical teams, and sourcing for seamless execution. Conduct regular audits on MCM quality and brand adherence to standards. Support Area/Business leadership with campaign insights and recommendations to drive performance. Ensure adherence to company values, policies, brand guidelines, and compliance in product communications and market-facing promotions.
