Camp Unit Leader

Lead camp unit operations by managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring safety protocols are followed across assigned units. Coordinate logistics for campers, organize programming schedules, and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive environment. This role requires full-time availability with weekend shifts and includes mandatory on-call rotation for emergency coverage. Applicants must hold a valid life-saving certification and demonstrate strong leadership skills. The position is part of our summer camp program designed to foster community and personal growth among youth.
