Job Summary
Provide a welcoming, safe camp environment by preparing designated facilities for programs and activities, assisting in upkeep of camp equipment, and maintaining clean, safe grounds. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card before starting, and the ability to pass an agency background check; minimum of 1 year of related experience. Preferred experience with livestock. The role offers seasonal dorm-style housing during the summer camp season and includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision, HSAs, 401K with company match, and PTO. The focus is on safety, support of campers, and contributing to a positive camp experience.
