Camp Supervisor

Camp Supervisor role in Grande Prairie Forest Area within Alberta Public Service. Responsibilities include overseeing camp operations across one or multiple fire bases, basic facility maintenance (fuel levels, breakers), grounds maintenance (mowing, weed whipping), managing camp catering and janitorial contracts, ensuring cleanliness and lodging management, on-site administration, camp occupancy and meal-count accounting, and strict adherence to health and safety requirements per SOPs and business rules. Responsibilities also cover equipment and supplies ordering, facility upkeep, fuel management (aviation, propane, diesel, mix gas), collaboration with local Fire Centre, Logistics Room, and Warehouse, daily administrative duties, and safety reporting. Candidate must demonstrate multitasking, willingness to work long hours, and ability to operate both in team settings and independently.
