Job Summary
Plan and lead engaging summer activities and experiences for children; create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment; supervise and actively engage with children throughout the day; support children’s social-emotional growth through positive guidance and relationship-building; encourage creativity, exploration, outdoor play, and hands-on learning; maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing standards; communicate professionally with families and coworkers; work collaboratively with the teaching team and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Lead Teacher qualified through Wisconsin licensing standards
- Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to actively engage with children indoors and outdoors throughout the day
