Responsibilities include delivering the standardized camp experiences, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and supporting a team environment. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership and communication skills, be organized, flexible with hours, and experienced in working with children. Past camp counselor or teaching experience is preferred; university/college graduation or active enrollment in a Sports/Leisure Administration program is a strong asset.
