Job Summary
Site Operations Lead responsible for overseeing daily camp logistics, staff coordination, and program execution at Barnard College in Manhattan. Manage supply inventory, setup/breakdown of camp spaces, attendance and student data, transportation for field studies, and support guest speakers. Lead Site Support staff, provide classroom support to Facilitators, conduct daily check-ins, troubleshoot staff concerns, and maintain clear operations communication with the Site Leader and families. Oversee tech setup and digital tools (WiFi, projectors, Google Drive, Zoom) and ensure organized, efficient systems to support students, facilitators, and families during an eight-week program.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program coordination
- strong operational leadership and ability to optimize workflows
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- basic technology troubleshooting skills (WiFi, Zoom, Bluetooth speakers, Google Drive)
- ability to implement efficient systems and improve processes
- detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining structured operations
- strong communication skills to coordinate with staff, students, and leadership
- experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments
