Job Summary
Build the annual calendar and oversee camp programming design, serving as the primary point of contact for parents. Supervise full and part-time staff, delivering comprehensive training on behavior management, safety protocols, and daily operations. Drive financial health by managing the $1.5M annual budget, partnering on planning, and collaborating with development to nurture donor relationships. Lead recruitment for staff, interns, and volunteers, while overseeing property maintenance, facility improvements, and event setup. Manage administrative operations including program registration and employee matters through cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university related to developmental disabilities
- at least 4 years of supervised experience working with individuals with autism
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential camp setting
- 4 years of supervised experience in a similar setting serving people with autism
