Job Summary
Lead the camp operations and staff at LoneHollow Ranch to ensure the health, safety, and spiritual formation of guests and employees in alignment with Young Life mission and camp standards. Drive mission-centered hospitality, develop and implement staff growth plans, recruit and onboard a diverse team, conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews, manage finances and facilities in partnership with camping leadership, and ensure program execution that proclaims the gospel and supports ministry goals. Collaborate across leadership to maintain operational discipline, fundraising and donor relations, and adherence to policies while fostering Christ-like service and a healthy community. Travel as needed to support camp programs and division initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of general management and supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills
- Ability to develop and implement annual personal development plans
- Ability to travel at least 3 times a year
