Job Summary
Lead camp operations at LoneHollow Ranch to ensure health, safety, and security of guests and staff while implementing the mission, values, and methods of Young Life. Provide spiritual formation opportunities for staff, develop annual personal spiritual growth plans, and foster an environment of Christ-like hospitality. Manage finances and resources, supervise department supervisors, recruit and onboard a diverse team, evaluate performance, and align fundraising priorities with the camping program. Coordinate with leadership to plan and execute staff development, training, and ongoing operational systems, and travel at least three times per year to support program needs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of general management experience; salary range is $89,070–$114,800 depending on education, experience, and location. Location noted: Vanderpool, Texas, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of general management and supervisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills required to build a high-performing team
- Ability to develop and implement an Individual Development Plan for staff
- Willingness to travel at least 3 times a year
- Experience in budgeting, finances, and operational planning
- Knowledge of donor relations and fundraising concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to Young Life mission and faith-based workplace environment
