Job Summary
Seasonal, part-time Camp Instructor for Sanctuary Lake Golf Course in Troy, MI. Assists the Golf Professional in day-to-day operations of junior summer camps; oversees range setup and equipment; promotes club golf activities including junior golf clinics; instructs and assists in developing qualified assistants; coordinates and teaches weekly clinics; liaises between Troon and the club regarding golf school schedules, needs, and equipment; maintains teaching aids inventory; assists in creating lesson plans; interviews, hires, trains, and directs staff; supervises department members; ensures orientation and ongoing training; monitors manpower, productivity, and costs; promotes safe work practices and maintains regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system
