Camp Host Lead at Watauga

Camp Host Lead manages a designated recreation area or cluster of areas, leads personnel (training, scheduling), oversees operations, handles financial records and revenue, maintains facilities and equipment, and enforces company standards while interacting with the visiting public. Responsibilities include supervising and training hosts, conducting safety tailgate meetings, addressing visitor issues, troubleshooting on-site, proposing operational improvements, performing manual labor or supervising maintenance, assisting in fee collection and water/utilities testing, and maintaining deposits/revenue records. Requires strong customer service, communication skills, adaptability, potential for prior personnel management, good judgment, the ability to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks, physical mobility and the ability to lift 20+ lbs, and proficiency in recordkeeping and money handling.
