Job Summary
Support camp lead counselor and assist in executing program activities while supervising campers. Provide guidance, safety, leadership, education, and enjoyment for children at camp; stay updated on camp programs; promote smooth operation of programs; maintain certifications (CPR, First Aid, New Staff Orientation, Branch Emergency procedures) and complete required training; demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality service to participants.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience working with children in a structured setting
- Must have or be able to obtain First Aid/CPR; and any other certifications required for the position
