Job Summary
Monitor dogs in the play yard, feed and clean cabins, and lift heavy items while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Check in and out dogs, manage schedules and appointments, and provide excellent customer service to pet parents. Follow standard operating procedures for all duties, including heavy cleaning and constant interaction with dogs and team members. Work a flexible schedule 7 days a week from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm, with weekends and holidays required. Be active and attentive at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years or older
- Ability to lift dog food and supplies
- Ability to constantly walk and/or stand the entire shift
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must love dogs
- Exceptional customer service skills
