Job Summary
Join ESF Camps as a Camp Counselor and inspire young minds while creating a vibrant camp experience for preschool to 8th-grade campers. Responsibilities include managing camper groups, ensuring safety and positive behavior, and actively participating in daily activities like art, STEM, and sports. Candidates must have experience working with children, demonstrate enthusiasm in all activities, and embody ESF Core Values. The role requires effective communication with campers and leadership, and involvement in ongoing training and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least age 17
- Complete all required ESF and state-mandated training and onboarding
- Maintain the 'ESF Look' (camp uniform)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Previous experience in a camp setting
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least age 17 by the start of camp
- Must be at least age 18 for Mini Camp Division
