Job Summary
Camp Counselor in a City of O’Fallon Parks & Recreation summer program. Responsible for guiding and engaging children aged 3-13 in recreational, educational, and enrichment activities, maintaining safety, leading group activities, assisting with events/meals, setting up and cleaning activity areas, and enforcing camp rules under supervision. Must be able to work outdoors, remain calm in various situations, cooperate with others, and model professional behavior. CPR/AED & First Aid certification is preferred, with the ability to obtain certification.
