Job Summary
As a Champ Camp Counselor at Oakland Elementary, you will work with peers to implement Champions curriculum, inspire participation, supervise safety and well-being of children, and build positive relationships with families and community partners. You’ll connect with parents to encourage family engagement, lead engaging and fun environments, and support elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time on school grounds. The role emphasizes teamwork, outdoor activities, water safety, and a passion for child development while delivering high-quality experiences across KinderCare’s Champ program. Required Qualifications
- Previous camp counselor experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to acquire
- Love for nature and outdoor activities
