Job Summary
Lead camp sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun; teach core concepts including Sportsmanship values; communicate game day information to players and parents; maintain a positive attitude and superior customer service; role involves direct instruction and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field. The position supports Nike Kids Camps powered by i9 Sports and/or i9 Sports camp programming for kids ages 3-17 across popular sports like flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball; opportunities for online training and skill-building as part of a team-based environment. Franchised locations operate independently regarding local hiring decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with kids in a sports environment preferred
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a camp schedule (daytime only, no overnight), Monday through Friday
