Job Summary
Provide daily living support, supervision, and an inclusive cabin environment for campers with physical and developmental disabilities. Establish routines to promote comfort and independence; assist with hygiene, dressing, feeding as needed; support mobility, transfers, and use of adaptive equipment; maintain safety and follow emergency procedures. Engage campers in activities, model positive behavior, and build meaningful relationships to foster belonging within the cabin group. Requires compassion, dependability, and teamwork; CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Seasonal summer role with mandatory training and orientation.
Required Qualifications
