Job Summary
Clean and tidy rooms and common areas, renew linen daily, rearrange personal items, and perform evening turn-down service. Check room status and inventory upon guest departure, then submit a daily report to the housekeeper. Follow the housekeeper's directives on the floors with professionalism, flexibility, and precision. Requires at least one year of experience in a similar high-end hotel context and excellent Italian language skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience gained in a similar role in a similar work context or high-level premises range
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
