Job Summary
Camden County Student Staff for the 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities include ministry functions across spiritual development, leadership development, and resource development. Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development, recruit/train leaders, and participate in club and Campaigners/discipleship ministries. Help with ministry fundraising, donor communications, and event support; may assist in summer and school-season camping strategy and office administration. Education: pursuing a college degree. Qualifications emphasize strong relational skills with both youth and adults, clear verbal and written communication, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Must align with Young Life’s faith-based mission and policies.
